It has been designed for a renowned developer who owns big colonies and wanted to live in the same residence where his grandfather started his business.
The bungalow spreading across five floors has a gym and spa in the basement, office, formal living with pantry on ground floor, Informal living, dining, kitchen and parents room on first floor.
Second and Terrace floor have total four bedrooms with landscaped garden.
Since the client wanted a rich and elegant look, OCA designed the home following a modern concept using hi-end finished like laminated veneers, Italian wall coverings and German wooden floors.
Each bedroom has cushioned seating’s and ottoman’s.
